Collection Instructions:
GRY: Fill tube, invert gently 5-6 times, label with patient name
Storage Transport Instructions:
Custom Instruction: Submit one grey top (Sodium Flouride) tube for EACH specimen, Label tubes with time of collection. Observe same rules as glucose tolerance. Collect all spec. (except fasting) after administration of 50gms of lactose in 8 ounce cup of water.
Specimen Comment:
Label all tubes with collection time and patient name. Profile requires a fasting specimen with subsequent specimens of 15 min, 30 min, 60min, 90min, 120min draw times
