Patient Care and Support
We take patient care as seriously as you do. We strive to support you in delivering the best healthcare services including patient education materials and videos, genetic counseling services, patient advocacy pricing, convenient patient service centers and customer service available in English and Spanish.
Our Billing Department is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm ET to answer any insurance or billing questions, and to file a claim on a patient’s behalf.
We offer many of our clinical tests at reasonable prices to increase access to comprehensive testing for patients who do not have health insurance or for those who choose not to submit a claim to their insurance company.
Customer service representatives are always available to assist patients with questions that may arise with regard to their results. Our Customer Service Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Dedicated genetic counselors are available to assist with patient counseling. For convenience, genetic counseling patient videos are also available online.
We provide easy-to-understand patient education materials for a variety of our services and specialized diagnostic tests.
