We take patient care as seriously as you do. We strive to support you in delivering the best healthcare services including patient education materials and videos, genetic counseling services, patient advocacy pricing, convenient patient service centers and customer service available in English and Spanish.
Our Billing Department is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm ET to answer any insurance or billing questions, and to file a claim on a patient’s behalf.
Patients who are eligible for our financial assistance program may qualify for an additional discount. BioReference offers payment plans for those who do not have the ability to pay their balance in full or a Self-Pay price for those who are uninsured or elect not to use their insurance. Customer service representatives are always available to assist patients with questions that may arise with regard to their results. Our Customer Service Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Dedicated genetic counselors are available to assist with patient counseling. For convenience, genetic counseling patient videos are also available online.
We provide easy-to-understand patient education materials for a variety of our services and specialized diagnostic tests.
Patients can access their most recent laboratory reports, review previous results, pay their bill, and update insurance information – all online.
Scarlet Health is an in-home, fully integrated digital platform providing access to on-demand specimen collection services. Scarlet delivers an innovative, flexible, mobile alternative to traditional patient service centers or other draw locations when phlebotomy and other specimen collection services are needed.
