Collection Instructions:

ALQC: Collect full blue-top (citrated) tube. Centrifuge Blue-top at high speed for 15 minutes. Transfer plasma into plastic transfer tube. Label with date/time collected, PLASMA and patient's name. ALQRD: Place 1-3 mL of serum from Red top in transport tube. Label as serum from Red; refrigerate or freeze as required. LAV: Fill lavender-top (EDTA) tube completely, invert 8-10 times. DO NOT SHAKE TUBE!
