Collection Instructions:
ALQE: Centrifuge lavender-top at high speed for 15 minutes. Transfer plasma into plastic transfer tube. Label with date/time collected,EDTA PLASMA and patient's name.
Storage Transport Instructions:
Centrifuge at room temperature within one half hour of collection; preferably immediately after venipuncture. Transfer the cell-free plasma to a clean tube and immediately freeze the cell-free plasma on dry ice or at 70° C.
